Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing each order, but if your items arrive damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo of the item(s)
We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation and item availability.
Change of Mind
As a small business, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Please double check your order before checking out, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any product questions before you buy.
Refunds & Store Credit
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Store credit may be issued for certain cases where a full replacement or refund isn’t possible.
